How can I contact Acai Embroidery?

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. 

Can I make a personalized design? 

We are making personalized embroidery. You can design everything that you want, it can be a photo, text, outline photo, etc. 

How can I order something personalized?

If you want to order something personalized you need to have your photo ready and upload it on the product you would want to purchase. On our Home Page we have a full guide on how to order personalized product in a few easy steps.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Sunday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

You will receive your order in between 2-5 days.

How do I return an item?

Since all the products are personalized, you can return your item only if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@acaiembroidery.com
